In Phantom Hourglass, when visiting the Temple of the Ocean King, Link must press a sacred crest against his Sea Chart so it can be transferred.The following games can be purchased as physical Nintendo 3DS Game Cards or digitally from the Nintendo eShop. In Japan, it included Ocarina of Time 3D pre-installed.

It suffered a rocky launch, with low sales and little software of note, but started to pick up momentum after a dramatic price cut just a few months after its release. The 3DS was announced in 2010 and released the following year.
